Romantic Wellbeing Farm Wedding

Where do I start with this Wedding? Ellie & Ben had chosen The Wellbeing Farm as their wedding venue, which was a new venue for me! The couple loves animals so the Venue was perfect for them which is situated in the Lancashire countryside with views for miles.

The day began with all the groomsmen meeting at UCLan Central Lancashire sports arena to have a game of football to settle the nerves before the Wedding Day. After an hour the guys made their way to Ben’s house to get in their suits and make the journey to The Wellbeing Farm.

Bridal Prep

Once at The Wellbeing Farm I met up with Ellie in the Farmhouse located at the side of the Wedding venue, a cosy cute house where all the Bridesmaids were getting their hair and makeup done. Shortly after all the guests started to arrive on a double-decker bus that funnily had to park at the bottom of the road due to it not being able to make it up the drive because of the ice. So all guests had to make their way on foot towards The Wellbeing Farm in the spirit of the wedding this was not a problem.

Cosy Ceremony

The Ceremony took place in the Wedding Barn, decorated with 4000 fairy lights and hay bales giving it a really magical rustic feel. Once the ceremony had taken place all the guests made their way over to The Wheatsheaf Bar. Despite the rain I managed to get some group shots & portraits of Ellie & Ben as they were up for creating some unposed photographs, taking a walk around the grounds at The Wellbeing Farm we even managed to get the donkeys and llamas in on the action.

Wedding Speeches

Speeches took place with the father of the bride starting off followed by Ben and his Best Man who he has known since Uni. After Ben’s Best Man finished his speeches they played a game of bongo bingo with a twist, this is the first time I’ve seen it played at a wedding and I now would say this is a must at any Wedding. All the guests were up dancing whilst the groomsmen went around with shots for the best dance moves. Oh and not forgetting the person who managed to get a line or full house for the bingo. It created such a fun and lively atmosphere with all the guests getting involved and everyone loved it! Let’s just say after an hour of playing bongo bingo everyone was ready to start the evening’s entertainment!

The Dance Floor

The entertainment was in full swing the DJ was all set up playing Ellie & Ben’s playlist of their favourite songs. With Ben’s Irish background you can imagine how this party went down, from Irish dancing to breakdancing all guests were having an amazing time partying the night away!

Congratulations Ellie & Ben here are a selection of my favourite photos from their stunning Wedding at The Wellbeing Farm.
