A Summer Wedding Inspired by the Natural Beauty of Stanley House

Kate & Phil chose to have a small and intimate Wedding with around 30 guests at Stanley House which is set in the Ribble Valley countryside complete with a grade 2 listed Manor House! The weather couldn’t have been any better for a June weather with the Wedding Party making full use of the terrace area at the back of the Venue. Stanley House offers lots of stunning and varied Wedding Photography spots on the grounds from photos outside the Manor House to walks around the pond leading to the countryside views, which is just perfect for a Photographer!

Wedding Photography at Stanley House Blackburn

Kate got ready in the bridal suite with her mum and then her close friends came in for the big reveal once she was all ready to go Phil and the boys got ready together in another part of the hotel making sure the couple didn’t bump into each other before the Ceremony! The Ceremony Room was decorated with simple petals lining the aisle with candles and white flowers on the table at the end. Once married the couple had their confetti shot outside the manor house followed by drinks on the terrace with the band playing with the summer sunshine shining. I took the couple away for portrait shots around the grounds of Stanley House which they were really up for so we managed to get a really good selection in various locations!

The perfect ending to a summer wedding was getting a sunset portrait photo followed by everyone gathering outside for sparklers! Click here to see more of my wedding photography
