Three Fishes
Over the last few months I’ve had the privilege to work alongside Nigel Howarth an award-winning Michelin-star Chef who owns a Luxury restaurant called The Three Fishes in Mitton in The Ribble Valley. Nigel holds a number of events throughout the year inviting some of the best chefs from around the UK. These events are held in Nigel’s restaurant with an exclusive menu set around a theme. The Three Fishes has a newly built polly tunnel with its own onsite gardener who maintains all the homegrown ingredients that the kitchen uses on a daily basis creating dishes that are fresh and organic with no chemicals or pesticides. The Three Fishes has a ‘Farm to fork’ concept consisting of the choice (a la carte) menu, whether it be just a flying visit for a main course or a full three-course meal alongside the choice menu, you can select a Seasonal Menu which consists of five specially selected courses featuring carefully sourced local ingredients.

The Three Fishes is also now proud to offer a guests Chef’s Table experience with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 guests.
